The daughter of two visual artists, Robin grew up in rural Ontario climbing hay bails and building tree forts. She graduated from Queen's university with a degree in music and drama and went on to pursue her masters degree at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London England. She spent five seasons as an ensemble member with The Shaw Festival in Niagara on the Lake. In 2012 she was cast as Glinda the Good Witch in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Wizard of Oz which set up shop in Toronto after a successful run on London's West End. She continued the role on the US national tour. Robin then went on to play stepmother-to-be Elsa Schraeder in The Stratford Festival's production of The Sound of Music directed by Donna Feore. She also appeared as Carrie Pipperidge in Susan Schulman's Carousel at The Stratford Festival. Robin is a holistic nutritionist and Kripalu yoga teacher who loves running, triathlon and her squishy faced French bulldog Stella.
